The scan is free and looks at one page, once. Monitor keeps a signed record of your domain every night, under a retainer. Work that needs a person is delivered by Obscurity Ltd, scoped in the Governance Posture Call.
The Governance Posture Call is free, and it is where a scan, Monitor or a piece of work gets scoped and priced.

ConsentMark Monitor
Monitor covers up to 100 pages of your domain every night, chosen from the journeys where consent and money meet. Wider scope by agreement.
A site is a domain and its subdomains, up to 100 pages.
How it is bought
Monitor is priced per domain, per month, and invoiced monthly. Either side ends it on 30 days' notice. An annual term, invoiced in advance, is available. A retainer is invoiced in advance and ends on 90 days' notice.
Three things move the price: how many pages of the domain are covered, how many domains, and how often they are scanned. Daily is the standard cadence, and anything faster is a different piece of work.

What Monitor delivers
You approve a Tag Baseline for the site: the tags you expect, and the consent states each may fire in. Every night Monitor loads each covered page in every consent state the site offers, compares what fired with that baseline, and signs the night's verdict. Every failure is checked by a person before it reaches you. The signed nights are yours to keep in an open format, and they verify offline with the script that comes with them. A governance report goes out each month, written for your data protection officer.
